Youtrim Fat Burner Review

By | August 31, 2017

US Company Youtrim are no stranger to dieting and weight loss solutions. Their fat burner offering is a Premium fat burner supplement.

Or so they say. The product uses a blend of natural herbs and ingredients in a purple bottle to help increase metabolism and give you energy.

Some ingredients in Youtrim work, some don’t.

The dose of the blend looks fairly average when compared against current market leaders.

Generally YouTrims fat burner is sold as a double pack with their CLA Softgels. This combination isn’t great but could yield some good results on occasion.

Youtrim Fat Burner Core Ingredients

Youtrim have put some good and proven fat burning ingredients into their fat burner.

The Green Tea, L-Carnitine, Green Coffee and Taurine are all ingredients that are good and proven to work.

Problems occur with the bitter orange though.

Commonly used in supplements for it’s ability to reduce cravings and activate your metabolism, bitter orange can also come with unwanted side effects.

Synephrine /Bitter Orange

Also known as bitter orange or Citrus Aurantium.
Synephrine is the compound found within the unripe fruit of Citrus Aurantium. It has been shown to have the same effects as ephedra or ephedrine, without being able to be converted to methamphetamines.
It is shown to increase metabolic rate, fat break down, thermogenesis and also shown to decrease a person’s appetite.
Due to the similarities however, it can also cause similar side effects. Especially when combined with other stimulants.

Taurine

Taurine is an essential amino acid which is the second most abundant in the body after glutamine. It can be found in meat and fish, as well as in the soft tissue of the human body.
It plays an important role in glucose uptake, metabolism, cell membrane stabilisation and detoxification.
Generally higher doses of Taurine work best.

Green Tea

Green Tea is very popular amongst health and fitness enthusiasts in recent times. Especially as it has been found that when combined with caffeine, it can boost your metabolism far beyond what caffeine can do alone.
Studies have shown that it can increase your metabolism to the point of burning an extra 200 calories a day without added exercise. 500mg of Green tea is perfect in a fat burner.

L-Carnitine

L- Carnitine is great for heart health. In particular blood vessel health and heart rhythm. It has also been shown to help those with a high cholesterol and triglyceride count.
On an athletic level, L-Carnitine can both optimise performance and increase fat burning. It carries fat directly to the mitochondria where energy is produced.
Generally L-Carnitine is better at higher doses in supplements, so is often under dosed in fat burners.

Phenylalaine

Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that can be found in a variety of food sources, such as milk, eggs, oats and meat.
It is vital to the production of dopamine in the body, which means that its use as a supplement comes mainly in how it can benefit your mood and stress levels.
Generally you get enough of this from a healthy diet though, so there is no major reason to supplement extra.

Green Coffee

This helps in that it reduces the absorption of blood sugar by the intestine. It then inhibits an enzyme in the liver which means that less glucose is released into the bloodstream. So with less glucose readily available the body will burn fat first.
This is a proven ingredient and essential for those looking to burn fat.

Youtrim Fat Burner Dose

60 capsules come in each bottle of YouTrim fat burner.

Whilst this may seem like a lot, it’s not enough to keep your body fully dosed with the correct ingredients and burning fat for as long as possible.

Each ingredient in YouTrims fat burner is natural and safe and dosed within a reasonable level. However you should still expect some potential side effects from the use of Bitter Orange.

Youtrim Fat Burner Side Effects

Generally, you won’t get many side effects from most of the ingredients in Youtrim Fat Burner.

But however, you need to be wary with the bitter orange content.

Green tea, Taurine and L-Carnitine are very common ingredients and are side effect free. Mild side effects have been reported from Phenylalaine.

Bitter orange however can cause headaches, nausea and sometimes sickness.

Youtrim Fat Burner Review Conclusion

Youtrims fat burner isn’t terrible. In fact there are some ingredients in here that will get you some good results.

The problem though, is that it contains bitter orange extract. Which contains synephrine.

Dose wise, there is a little left to be desired with the 60 per day dose. It’s a little behind on the other top fat burners in the market.

You won’t have bad results from Youtrim, but there are far better fat burners on the market.
