Slimflow looks shit. Whilst some diet pills are groundbreaking and look the part, the simple and weak branding of Slimflow is a little disappointing.

There is some b vitamins in here, which are known as the energy vitamins due to their role in the breakdown of food into energy, but these won’t have much of an impact on your weight.
You simply need a more diverse ingredients profile than is being offered in Slimflow Diet Supplement.
L- Carnitine is great for heart health. In particular blood vessel health and heart rhythm. It has also been shown to help those with a high cholesterol and triglyceride count.
On an athletic level, L-Carnitine can both optimise performance and increase fat burning. It carries fat directly to the mitochondria where energy is produced.
Generally L-Carnitine is better at higher doses in supplements, so is often under dosed in fat burners.
L- Tyrosine is important for neuromuscular function. It has been shown to effect mood, satiety, stress response, mental function, and even sex drive.
It is a non-essential amino acid which is synthesised within the body from the amino acid phenylalanine.
It also has a major role in producing melanin in the body and this is imperative for defending the body against ultraviolet light.
As another amino acid, L-Tyrosine benefits from higher doses. (500mg+)
Caffeine is a staple supplement to modern day life. It is a highly effective stimulant in how it boosts the metabolism, mobilises fat to be used as energy and suppresses appetite.

Some products contain as much as 1000mg of l-carnitine, in comparison.

You shouldn’t get any side effects from Slimflow Diet Supplement. The formula is just a little bit too weak in the first place.
Some people with a low tolerance to caffeine may experience some side effects in the form of energy crashes and jitters.
On the whole though there shouldn’t be side effects or any real effects at all when you supplement this product.

This isn’t a good diet supplement, or fat burner.
It’s got some merit in the fact it uses L-Carnitine and L-Tyrosine and has some other scientifically backed ingredients.
But overall it’s just not strong enough to work.
