QNT Sports Nutrition are a lesser known supplements company. Their fat burner is a fairly basic looking product.

But looks don’t always mean it’s going to be effective. QNT’s ‘Scientifically Advanced’ as they call it, fat burner uses a fairly standard blend of common fat burning ingredients.

The ingredients list in QNT Fat Burner is focused around stimulants. This will enhance your bodies metabolism and burn extra calories through the day, whilst also enhancing your mood and providing you with energy in a fasted state.

There are some amino acids in QNT’s fat burner that will help the body optimize it’s energy systems too.

Generally however, amino acids are better serving in pre workouts, as they need higher doses than you can fit into a capsule.

Guarana is an incredibly effective stimulant. Its seeds contain more than double the caffeine found in coffee seeds.
Guarana contains 2-4.5% caffeine in its seed, whereas coffee only contains 1-2%.

Generally L-Carnitine is better at higher doses in supplements, so is often under dosed in fat burners.


L- Tyrosine is important for neuromuscular function. It has been shown to effect mood, satiety, stress response, mental function, and even sex drive.
It is a non-essential amino acid which is synthesised within the body from the amino acid phenylalanine.
It also has a major role in producing melanin in the body and this is imperative for defending the body against ultraviolet light.

Each serving of QNT’s Fat Burner will get you a fairly sizeable amount of stimulants.

QNT have done the right thing by spreading the dose over 3 capsules through the day. This will ensure the effects of this fat burner are spread evenly and it will be more effective.

Generally the doses of the ingredients are good, however some of the more effective ingredients are featured in a lower dose than in some premium fat burners.

QNT Fat Burner Side Effects

You may get some energy crashes and jitters from supplementing QNT’s fat burner.

This is due to the combination of Guarana and Caffeine, both are fairly strong stimulants. To test your individual tolerance it could be a good idea to take 1 capsule before committing to the full serving size through the day.

Side effects from overdoing stimulants could be energy crashes, headaches and nausea.

QNT Fat Burner Review Conclusion

This is a fairly good product with some decent ingredients in it to help you burn away the fat.

However most of the amino acids are fairly low in their dose, with the stimulants fairly high.

You will get some reasonable results, but it may take some time and you do leave yourself prone to side effects with QNT’s Extreme Formula Fat Burner.
