Pump Fuel Insanity is a pre workout supplement that promises to help you push your workouts to the next level. For a 30 day value, it’s fairly expensive. As such, it is important that we go over whether or not it is actually worth the price.
It is a Pre Workout that is manufactured by a company that goes by PMD Sports. The first thing we’ll be looking at are its ingredients- and whether it lives up not only to its promises but its price as well.
Pump Fuel Insanity Ingredients
The ingredients used to make Pump Fuel Insanity are neither here nor there when it comes to ingredients. It does use some pretty good ingredients, so we can say that it’s not as bad as it might first appear.
However, there are things that we need to concern over. Specifically- Pump Fuel Insanity includes a bunch of Proprietary Blends. Having proprietary blends in the formula means that we don’t know the dosage of each ingredient. Not knowing the dosing means that we can’t say for sure just how effective an ingredient actually is.
Creatine is an ingredient that is known to help boost one’s strength and enduring- which is something that a lot of Pre workouts should have. It is undoubtedly a good decision on PMD to include this in the Pump Fuel Insanity formula.
Magnesium Creatine Chelate
Although creatine itself is undoubtedly very effective, this mixture of creatine and magnesium is a bit questionable. We are lacking solid concrete proof at this point in time and cannot prove or disclaim anything. Either way, this ingredient is presently unreliable.
Another good choice by PMD, is the addition of L-Citrulline in the Pump Fuel Insanity formula. It has been said to improve the rate in which you are able to pump your muscles when trying to achieve certain workouts.
However, the amount of L-Citrulline in this formula is a bit lacking. Whereas most effective Pre Workouts include at least 3,000 – 6,000 (if it’s Citrulline Malate) milligrams of this stuff, Pump Fuel Insanity only has 2,000 milligrams.
Although Beta-Alanine is very popularly used in many pre-workout supplements, there are better ingredients that can improve your endurance. Many people tend to be turned off by the mild paresthesia they get when taking it.
It’s a tingly sensation, that wears off after awhile and is completely harmless, but again- a lot of people are made uncomfortable by it.
Where to buy Pump Fuel Insanity?
As mentioned previously, the Pump Fuel Insanity is a fair bit more expensive the others. In fact, one can say that it at least doubles the amount of most moderately priced supplements.
It comes with 30 servings per container, and can be bought for around 67.99 US Dollars. The product can also be found in a variety of different flavors- six to be exact.
Does Pump Fuel Insanity Work?
Normally it’s hard to be finicky with any of these Pre Workout supplements, a lot of them are sub par, and could definitely do better. However, the Pump Fuel Insanity is really not all that bad. I would give it a moderate score if it weren’t for the insane price.
The product does contain ingredients like L-Citrulline and Creatine, which are both known to be effective. However, it also contains ingredients that are ineffective, underdosed, and causes paresthesia (Beta-Alanine.)
At best, it is mildly effective.
Pump Fuel Insanity Review Conclusion
The reason the product is getting such a bad rating is due to bad choices on PMD’s part. They have two ingredients that are both very effective, but one of them is underdosed. There are other ingredients in the formula that do nothing at all, and the rest are in proprietary blends- meaning we cannot say for certain how effective they could be.
It is definitely not worth the price. Paying this much for a supplement that might work is not a good idea. There are other Pre Workouts out there that could do you much better. All at varying prices and varying effectiveness.
