PNI are an English supplements company. Whilst they don’t ship to the US yet, their supplement range is good looking and seems to be well thought out.
Fire Bombs are the fat burner they have created which uses a small blend of 5 ingredients to help promote ketosis and boost your metabolism.
Question is though, are Fire Bombs going to help you cut unwanted fat, or is this blend going to struggle to meet the standards and cost of other supplement brands?
We’re going to be straight up here, we are not too impressed with the ingredients list.
But let’s take a closer look and see what Fire Bombs could do for you…
PNI Supplements Fire Bombs Core Ingredients
Generally derived from Barley, this ingredient is an alkaloid that helps the body increase it’s metabolism.
It’s a bit of a struggle to find a full list of proven studies on this ingredient just yet. But it may get you some results.
Caffeine is a staple supplement to modern day life. It is a highly effective stimulant in how it boosts the metabolism, mobilises fat to be used as energy and suppresses appetite.
As well as this it can boost the effects of other metabolism boosting products, such as green tea or bitter orange.
It has long been used by athletes, and non-athletes alike, in order to increase alertness, endurance and longevity.
This is essential for a fat burner. You need around 250mg-300mg dosed evenly through the day for best results.
This will aid with focus and also take the edge off stimulants, allowing the energy to be channeled and also keeping cortisol (stress hormone) levels lower.
You want 200mg+ for this to be truly effective.
Chemically similar to the compound Synephrine (found in Citrus Aurantium), it is believed to help fat loss. Currently there is no clinical evidence to suggest that it can reduce fat in humans.
This ingredient is the product of clever marketing and should be avoided if you want a fat burner that works.
PNI Supplements Fire Bombs Dose
The dose of the good ingredients is ok in each capsule of Fire Bombs, but for the price it just doesn’t really compare to our number #1 fat burner.
You get 60 capsules in a bottle, compared to any good fat burner which contains 120.
You also get far less ingredients overall than in other products.
We are sure you may get some mild results from supplementing Fire Bombs, but they just won’t really compare.
PNI Supplements Fire Bombs Side Effects
You shouldn’t really get any negative side effects from Fire Bombs as it uses a completely natural list of ingredients.
This means it can be supplemented for longer periods of time without any worry.
PNI Supplements Fire Bombs Review Conclusion
We like what PNI Supplements have done with Fire Bombs, they look absolutely great.
But ultimately for the price you can get far better deals on premium fat burners.
Not only will you get higher doses, but you’ll get a wider range of ingredients that provide more support when it comes to burning fat and dieting.
Whilst you may get some results over time with PNI’s Fire Bombs, it just won’t be as quick as a more serious fat burner.
