Today, we’re going to be introducing you to the Physique 57. This is a high-intensity workout course that targets muscle groups like your arms, thighs, glutes, and abs. It uses a form of interval training that pushes you to the point of fatigue and stretches you out for some relief.
At least, that’s what it’s supposed to do. We’ve decided to check out the Physique 57 for ourselves, just to get a feel for what it’s like.

The Physique 57 program features a 2-week course. It’s one of the more easy-going workouts. It doesn’t require a gym membership or anything else outside of a device that you can stream it from.
Who Presents the Physique 57?
The Physique 57 does have a website that you can check out to find more about their product. I made sure to check it out before giving it a try. It took me awhile to figure it out, but they have a trial that features some workouts from a handful of trainers.
When I did actually start the program the presenter was not someone that I was familiar with, and I do know quite a bit of people. Being in the fitness niche introduces you to the biggest and most popular fitness celebrities in the community. The ones presenting the Physique 57 course are personal trainers that I’m not all that familiar with.
See, I don’t know about you, but I’d prefer to engage in a program with a presenter that I know about. Someone that I can trust has enough background in bodybuilding to help me get the results that I want.
What Exercises are used in the Physique 57?
Their on-ground classes all take 57 minutes to complete, but the online course is a bit more varied. Some are as short as 10 to 15 minutes.
Do the exercises make it worth it? Look for yourself, I’ve made sure to list a couple of things that the Physique 57 program offered.
- The first thing that they promise to do is to give you results with a mixture of strength training and cardio. This is not so unique, a lot of programs use this kind of tactic to make sure that their clients lose calories fast. It should actually work in slimming you down- if that’s the kind of thing you’re looking for.
- Next up is their toning period. They promise to promote more lean muscle mass by using something they call the “interval overload method.” Again, not necessarily a new thing. This is something that a lot of personal trainers and coaches suggest for you as well.
- The last thing is what gives the program it’s easy-flow kind of feel. It features some choreography, which is meant to help you work all the muscle groups in your body.
This kind of training does ensure some level of fat burn. I can attest to that at least. However, because it’s so free-form, I didn’t expect much when it comes to actually toning up. It might have worked better if they incorporated a couple lifts to make sure that we were building lean muscle mass and not just losing calories.
Weighing the Pros and Cons
There is some good and some bad with the Physique 57.
On the “Pro” side, the online classes are free-form. You can watch them whenever you want. It’s a relaxed kind, of course, that isn’t very strict when it comes to what you do and where you do it. It doesn’t require equipment as well, which should be helpful if you’re a beginner looking to just start up and lose weight.
That moves us to our “Cons.” There’s really nothing that sets the Physique 57 apart from all the other programs that we see online. That’s not so bad, but if I’m going to be paying money for classes like this, I would prefer something that had a bit more thought.
How much is the Physique 57 Worth?
The 2-week program costs around $30. That might seem cheap to you, but most courses offer more weeks for less. In other words, it’s cheap to start, but the expenses pile up every 2 weeks that you sign up for.
Physique 57 Results
The Physique 57 wasn’t really different from what is offered everywhere else. As expected, I did lose some weight. The kind of interval training they use is effective in offering some weight loss, but I’m still yearning for those lean muscles that I was promised.
Physique 57 Review Conclusion
In conclusion? The Physique 57 was frustrating. It’s a 2-week program that left me wanting. It’s too short for any permanent results, and I’d be out another 30 bucks if I sign up for another two weeks. They do offer a 1-year membership, but that costs around $250 A MONTH!
I can’t even make use of the benefits they promise with those 12 months because I live nowhere near the studios that they have up.
The classes were sub-par. It’s about the same as you see anything else, and too easy going to actually get me the muscles that I wanted.
Is there anything Better to get you sexy and shredded?
So here’s the deal. The Physique 57 is okay if you’re just looking to lose weight, but if you’re like me- and want to get shredded, then I suggest you look elsewhere.
