Take 3 capsules through the day to get the doses stated. The doses of the amino acids is ok, maybe slightly low especially if spread into 3 capsules.

We always find that amino acids are under dosed in a fat burner.

The dose of caffeine is good, although test you tolerance as it could interact with the bitter orange and cause side effects.

You should get ok results from 220mg of Green tea, but it’d be good to see a bit more.

All in all the doses of ingredients in this product are a little average and just maybe slightly too low to have it included in our top 3.

You could potentially get some unwanted side effects from the interactions between stimulants in this product.

These side effects could include headaches, nausea and vomiting. It’s probably worth testing your tolerance with a single capsule first.

This is an ok product. But not even close to being the best.

For a little more money there are far better fat burning products out there with higher doses of key ingredients.

It’s also worth noting that you could leave yourself open to unwanted side effects by supplementing this product, so test your tolerance first.
