Muscletech Nano Vapour Review

MuscleTech Nano Vapour is a Pre Workout supplement that promises a lot of different benefits- it claims to use only ingredients that work- with not a single ingredient under-dosed. The question we will be answering in our MuscleTech Nano Vapour review is whether or not that is actually the case.

The product is actually fairly cheap, coming out pretty average when it came to the price tag. However, that doesn’t matter as much as the quality of the ingredients. In order to do that, we’re going to have to go through the ingredients and their promised benefits.

Muscletech Nano Vapour Ingredients

The good thing about the MuscleTech Nano Vapour formula is the fact that although all the ingredients are grouped together in blends- none of the doses are hidden, making it so that we can give out an honest review of how the product actually works. There are 9 ingredients, all of which are separated into three different formulas- each having different effects.

MuscleTech Nano Vapour

L-Citrulline is an ingredient that is well known for increasing the quality of pumps when it comes to achieve certain workouts. In the case of L-Citrulline malate, the optimum dose is around 6,000 milligrams. Anymore than that does not negate its effects or make it anymore effective.

The fact that the maximum serving is three scoops for the MuscleTech Nano Vapour supplement means that you will be getting at least 8,000 milligrams per day. Which puts L-Citrulline at the maximum dose.

Beta-Alanine, whilst not necessarily ineffective, is not really the best choice at all times. It improves your level of endurance- allowing you to workout for longer periods at a time. However, it does come with its own hangups.

Ingesting Beta-Alanine can cause mild-paresthesia, resulting in a ‘tingly’ sensation that not many people are comfortable with.

Despite Betaine’s effects on protein and the way that it is synthesized inside of the body, it doesn’t necessary help anyone improve the rate in which they gain muscle. There have been studies regarding this, but none of the research has actually resulted in a positive way. As such, we cannot call it particularly effective. Most importantly, it can also cause a mild-fishy odor, one that most people would definitely prefer to avoid.

Creatine Monohydrate

This is one that we can see in a lot of different Pre Workout Supplements. However, again- it does come with its own share of side-effects. A few mentionable ones are stomach cramps and diarrhea, and because more than the maximum dose is being used in the MuscleTech Nano Vapour formula, you’re going to have to be careful. Drink a lot of liquids if you can.

This is an ingredient that is known to effectively block out cramps, the reason why it is included in the MuscleTech Nano Vapour formula must be because Creatine is known to cause cramps. A good decision on their part, however, it would have been better to just limit the amount of Creatine Monohydrate in general.

Smart-Caffeine Combo

Caffeine and L-Theanine are a good mix. The Caffeine is a stimulant that gives you the energy to push through your workouts, and the L-Theanine prevents the jitters or nasty crashes that occurs when you take too much Caffeine.

Where to buy Muscletech Nano Vapour?

The product is easily purchasable online, going for around 29.99 US dollars per container. This is a fair price for a Pre Workout supplement, definitely not one to scoff at.

Does Muscletech Nano Vapour Work?

When it comes to the MuscleTech Nano Vapour formula, we can confirm that the ingredients are in fact adequately dosed. Not only that, but MuscleTech made some pretty good decisions when it came to choosing said ingredients.

However, we do have to consider the fact that, because the ingredients are clinically dosed, this means that many of them result in side-effects that you might want to avoid. Like the paresthesia from Beta-Alanine, the cramps from Creatine Monohydrate, or the fishy odor from Betaine.

MuscleTech Nano Vapour Review Conclusion

The ingredients themselves are no doubt effective. However, because a lot of the ingredients are so aggressively dosed, one can expect to experience a lot of troubling side-effects that could have definitely been avoided if MuscleTech had just dosed it in a way that would keep ingredients effective, but not harmful.
