Micronamin M2 Thermogenic Fat Burner Review

It’s great to see a supplement take on a cause and donate money to our veterans with every purchase. I’m big on supporting the troops and think that everyone should get behind this cause, whether you buy a product from Micronamin or not.

This product looks fairly good, with a nice strong black bottle and camo logo. We’d never heard of Micronamin before this review, but sometimes these smaller companies are the better products.

The ingredients profile looks ok at first glance, with a heavy amount of stimulants. Be aware – some ingredients could harmfully interact with each other in this product.

Micronamin M2 Thermogenic Fat Burner Ingredients

There’s some good proven ingredients in here that will certainly help you reveal your abs. But there’s a few that should have your eyebrows raised too.

Fat burning is a very exact science, so you need thoroughly tested and proven ingredients to get the best and easiest results whilst losing fat.

Generally natural ingredients do work best as they can be supplemented for longer. It’s also important that these natural ingredients have big enough doses.

Caffeine

An essential ingredient to any effective fat burner. M2 contains two types, to ensure a slow delivery. Caffeine works to boost your metabolism and provide you with focus and energy whilst cutting.

Green Tea

Green tea will help the body literally break down fatty acids. If you are buying a fat burner you NEED one that has green tea in it.

For the polyphenols to work, you need around 400mg dosed in 4 capsules per day. Green tea has been heavily tested and proven to help with fat burning.

Synephrine

This is where this product has it’s problems. Synephrine is a stimulant similar to banned substance ephedrene.

The problem is that it has been reported by some that it can interact with caffeine and cause unwanted side effects.

Nettle Extract

Nettle extract hasn’t really been proven to have any effect on anything, fat burning included. This is a little frustrating and until there has been a full study done on it, we can’t really say we’d spend any money on this.

Yohimbe

Yohimbe is highly stimulatory compound that, no surprise has had little research.

As well as reported uses for fat burning, Yohimbe increases adrenaline levels and also inhibits a process in fat cells that normally prevents them from being used as energy.

It is worth bearing in mind that this ingredients effects can be prevented via food intake. Something which is far from ideal when you are training as you do need to fuel yourself with something.

Micronamin M2 Thermogenic Fat Burner Dose

1 capsule per day. This isn’t enough if we are honest.

Whilst you may get a good buzz from the stimulants, you’ll soon crash and be craving food. You need a fat burner that allows for 3 to 4 capsules per day. This keeps your metabolism boosted and you full of energy.

The other factor to consider is the money you are paying.

Micronamin M2 Thermogenic Fat Burner Side Effects

There may be some uwanted side effects with this product. This could include headaches, nausea and sickness. Due to the mixed stimulants and risky ingredient synephrine.

We don’t want to bash this product, as it’s great and supports an amazing cause, but just be cautious.

Micronamin M2 Thermogenic Fat Burner Review Conclusion

This product has a good heart and some good fat burning ingredients in it. It’s great that they give to charity and we fully support their cause.

There’s just a few issues with potential side effects that arise from dosing.
