Leanfire XT is a new fat burner introduced by Force Factor that claims to do everything from supporting fat loss and amplifying focus to promoting endurance. While most fat burners do just that, Leanfire XT promises to deliver more. Let’s take a closer look and discover if it is really worth to be included in our list of top 3 fat burners.
Leanfire XT is just okay when it comes to packaging. A combination of red, white and black which is a no-fail when it comes to weight loss and fat burner supplements, it just fails to impress anyone.
The ingredients that make up Leanfire XT seem to be promising, but are they really worth the time and are they safe for consumption? Let’s find out.
Fat Incineration Blend
The fat incineration blend packs in 4 key ingredients- L-carnitine, green tea leaf extract, cayenne pepper and black pepper fruit extract. These key ingredients do everything from supporting fatty acid oxidation and enhancing metabolic function to supporting body heat, all of which stimulate the body in just the right way, keeping you motivated and energized minus the overstimulation of too much caffeine.
Pure Energy Complex
The pure energy complex, as the name suggests, packs in 3 key ingredients namely Advantra Z®, Yohimbine HCL and DMAE which help deliver long lasting energy to keep you fueled during your workout sessions. These compounds work together to stimulate and improve mind muscle connection as well. On the downside though, the effectiveness and safety of use of these drugs is yet to be known and evaluated.
Metabolic Mind Matrix
The metabolic mind matrix contains TeaCrine® which is a non-stimulant ingredient that provides optimum energy and performance. It also packs in caffeine anhydrous which is designed to provide concentration and laser focus and give you the serious jolt of energy for your intense workouts. In addition, it also contains L-theanine which supports your energy and reduces the peaks and valleys of energy boosts, which means there’ll be less energy fluctuations and more consistent energy levels.
As far as the dosage is concerned, it is best to take 1 capsule every morning on an empty stomach. Increasing the dosage is possible too if tolerated, but not recommended due to the complex blend of ingredients that make it up, which could possibly be dangerous for the body if taken regularly in high doses.
Leanfire XT fat burner is priced at $69.99 for a bottle containing 60 capsules. If taken 1 capsule a day, a bottle should work for approximately 2 months, which makes it an extremely expensive fat burner.
All in all, Leanfire XT did try to catch eyes with its ‘Thermovigilance’ concept, but it failed owing to the fact that its ingredients did not have any evidence or studies to support their effectiveness, and that its use in the long run is quite questionable. It did pack in many stimulants and ingredients that promised to not overstimulate the body, but it didn’t really meet up to the expectations, which is why, it didn’t make it to our list of top 3 fat burners.
