Interactive Nutrition Thermo Nourish is a fat burner that promises you ‘Fat Burning’, ‘Energy’ and ‘Focus’.
This fat burner looks the part and has a relatively affordable price tag. Thermo Nourish though, doesn’t have the biggest or strongest list of ingredients to back things up.
Dose wise, this fat burner also looks a little weak, giving you only 1 capsule per day, which isn’t enough to properly shed away that unwanted fat.
Let’s take a closer look at the contents of each capsule in Interactive Nutrition’s fat burner and see if it’s going to help you lose weight.
Interactive Nutrition Thermo Nourish Core Ingredients
We’re disappointed with the ingredients in Thermo Nourish, or lack of anyway.
Generally any good fat burner will use a wide blend of 10+ fat burning ingredients and have each of these backed by science.
Whilst there are some ingredients that would work in Thermo Nourish, they are limited.
Chances of them truly being effective are also fairly heavily restricted by the small dose you are getting from the product.
Green Tea is very popular amongst health and fitness enthusiasts in recent times. Especially as it has been found that when combined with caffeine, it can boost your metabolism far beyond what caffeine can do alone.
Studies have shown that it can increase your metabolism to the point of burning an extra 200 calories a day without added exercise. 500mg of Green tea is perfect in a fat burner.
Caffeine is a staple supplement to modern day life. It is a highly effective stimulant in how it boosts the metabolism, mobilises fat to be used as energy and suppresses appetite.
As well as this it can boost the effects of other metabolism boosting products, such as green tea or bitter orange.
It has long been used by athletes, and non-athletes alike, in order to increase alertness, endurance and longevity.
This is essential for a fat burner. You need around 250mg-300mg dosed evenly through the day for best results.
This is a bitter alkaloid that is similar to caffeine in it’s chemical structure. This makes it a mild stimulant, but interestingly it can also help with insulin sensitivity, increasing the amount of stored fat used for energy. Generally, the effects are much milder than caffeine, so it may prove too weak/ineffective for most.
Cayenne Pepper is a species of pepper native to the Americas. It is a key element in various cuisines but is now often used as a supplement.
Cayenne Pepper contains capsaicin which is known for its “warming effect.” It is known for its positive effects on healthy blood circulation throughout the body. This ingredient has been proven to burn calories in fat burners. 100mg through the day is an ideal amount.
Interactive Nutrition Thermo Nourish Dose
1 capsule per day, before breakfast.
This just isn’t enough if you are looking to shred unwanted fat. For optimal results, any good fat burner would ensure you have an even dose of fat burning ingredients spread through the day.
Whilst each capsule in Interactive Nutrition’s Thermo Nourish does have a fairly good amount of each ingredient that works, they will just wear off around mid morning.
Interactive Nutrition Thermo Nourish Side Effects
You shouldn’t really see many negative side effects from Thermo Nourish. But just be aware that there is 200mg of caffeine in each capsule.
So you could potentially leave yourself open to energy crashes if you’re not used to caffeine early on.
Interactive Nutrition Thermo Nourish Review Conclusion
We wanted to like this product and support the smaller company ‘Interactive Nutrition’, but the problem is that this fat burner is just too under dosed.
A few of the ingredients aren’t proven and even the ones that work will soon wear off.
This is especially true of the caffeine, which could leave you with energy crashes and headaches around midday.
