Unlike most fat burner supplements, the Hourglass Goddess doesn’t just promise to help you lose weight, but also promises firm muscles. The Hourglass Goddess is marketed as a product that supposedly helps tone your glutes, giving you the Hourglass body that you have always wanted.
Now, if this sounds too good to be true, then you are justified for thinking so. Most fat burner supplements warn that they are best taken when paired up with exercise and a healthy diet, however, the Hourglass Goddess promises these same effects without having to do anything at all!
As far as I am aware, miracle pills like these have yet to exist, but we’ll give the Hourglass Fat Burner the benefit of the doubt by giving it an honest review. In order to measure its effectiveness, the most important thing to look at are the ingredients of said supplement.
Hourglass Goddess Fat Burner Ingredients
The Hourglass Goddess is supposed to not only burn fat, but build muscle as well. In order for such to be feat to be accomplished, one would assume that there be brand-new ingredient that has never been seen in the fat burner scene, but no- everything mentioned in the supplement is not new. Many of the ingredients are popularly used in other supplements.
There are a total of 5 ingredients listed on the label. Now, the first thing we’re going to have to take note of, is the fact that we have no way of knowing how much of a certain ingredient is in every pill.
The nutritional label does not list any way of measuring the potency of any of the following ingredients, which means, that there really is no way of knowing whether or not these ingredients will actually work.
Green Tea 5:1 Extract
Why don’t we start with the star of the show? Green Tea extract is an ingredient that can be found in most supplements, and this is for a good reason. It has been suspected of providing a certain level of weight loss.
A big part of its effectiveness are the materials that can be found inside of it. Like caffeine, which is another popular fat burner ingredient. Caffeine has been studied enough to provide the promised effects, that is, it has been known to effectively boost an individual’s energy.
There are theories that caffeine should be able to boost metabolism as well. This needs to be studied further, however, there have been positive results in lean-and-healthy people. Unfortunately, these same results cannot be replicated in obese people.
As mentioned, we don’t know the potency of any of the ingredients in this fat burning supplement. Green tea extract has showed “significant effects in humans are noted only at high doses, such as 400-500mg.”
However, because there is no way of knowing how much Green Extract is actually in the supplement, this ingredient shall be considered ineffective.
Although there are other ingredients mentioned on the back of the label, most of them are additives and bulking agents. For example, the second ingredient on the list is Microcrystalline Cellulose, this is just another connective agent, meant to be added into drugs in order keep it together.
Hourglass Goddess Fat Burner
Another problem is the recommended pill dosage per day. Most fat burner supplements would recommend that you take several pills throughout the day (in order to boost effectiveness.) However, the Hourglass Goddess is meant to be taken only once a day.
Does it Work?
This gets a hard no, there is no doubt in my mind that this isn’t a pill that I will ever be able to recommend. There is just too much missing, too much we don’t know, and too many promises that will never be granted.
How to buy Hourglass Goddess?
The product can be purchased from here, at 24.00 Euros, which is around 30.00 US dollars. This is the average price for a product that offers servings enough to last a month. However, if you take into account the lack of ingredients – of which there is really only one (Green Tea Extract), and the number of pills you are told to take per day (one), it’s actually a lot more expensive.
Hourglass Goddess Fat Burner Review Conclusion
This is not a good product, it’s much too expensive for a supplement that is really only selling Green Tea extract- and we don’t even know how potent the extract is! Not only that, but the company sells false promises, telling their customers of the supposed ‘miracle’ benefits, which are nowhere to be seen.
