Cutting down is a process that can be made a whole lot easier with an effective fat burner.

Gold Star’s Infared uses a smaller blend of chemicals in an attempt to jack up your metabolism.

One big problem straight away is that Infared uses a proprietary blend. This means they are hiding the exact doses of the individual ingredients in the 665mg capsule.

Be cautious with supplements that do this as it could mean you experience side effects, or simply no effects at all due to the company filling it full of the cheaper ingredients to make more money from you.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s inside Infared fat burner anyway.

Gold Star Infared Fat Burner Ingredients

Ingredients from Ingredients Index

The ingredients list does leave a little bit to be desired. The use of a propitiatory blend is alarming as is the use of chemical compounds rather than natural ingredients.

This is especially problematic for you if you plan on losing a fair bit of fat over a longer period.

1 3 7 trimethylxanthine (Caffeine but from a chemical source)

This is essential for a fat burner. You need around 250mg-300mg dosed evenly through the day for best results. 1 capsule that contains this amount will lead to unwanted side effects.

Caffeine is a staple supplement to modern day life. It is a highly effective stimulant in how it boosts the metabolism, mobilises fat to be used as energy and suppresses appetite.
As well as this it can boost the effects of other metabolism boosting products, such as green tea or bitter orange.
It has long been used by athletes, and non-athletes alike, in order to increase alertness, endurance and longevity.

L-Tyrosine

L- Tyrosine is important for neuromuscular function. It has been shown to effect mood, satiety, stress response, mental function, and even sex drive.
It is a non-essential amino acid which is synthesised within the body from the amino acid phenylalanine.
It also has a major role in producing melanin in the body and this is imperative for defending the body against ultraviolet light.
As another amino acid, L-Tyrosine benefits from higher doses. (500mg+)

White Willow

This has a variety of uses, from making aspirin to making gunpowder.
It has been shown to provide comfort to muscles and joints due to its links to aspirin.
There is no real evidence however showing it’s use within a fat burner.

2-aminoisoheptane (DMHA)

This is remarkably similar in chemical structure to DMAA which was commonly found in fat burners and supplements but is now banned. It is a strong Central Nervous System stimulant in that it can help increase energy, focus and boost your metabolism.
It can produce a “crash,” after its affects have worn off, and there is currently very little in terms of clinical research on this supplement.

Gold Star Infared Fat Burner Dose

A single serving per day will provide you with a massive amount of stimulants.

These aren’t even from natural sources so you should really be expecting some side effects after supplementing this dose.

It is impossible to say how strong it will be, as the product could be any amounts of each ingredient which is risky.

Gold Star Infared Fat Burner Side Effects

You could experience some headaches, nausea and energy crashes from this supplement as it could be packed full of interacting stimulants.

It’s a shame to see this being sold as a fat burner, as it has more in common with a pre workout. Even then it wouldn’t be a great pre workout.

Gold Star Infared Fat Burner Review Conclusion

This is a risky product. It hides the doses of it’s ingredients and has a few stimulants in it.

This means it could be quite strong and cause unwanted side effects, especially given the fact it comes in a single dose per day.

Remember if you are burning fat you need to be keeping your body topped up with proven fat burning ingredients through the day.

It’s essential they are natural, so it can be done long term and avoids side effects.
