GH Nutrition Fat Burners Review

By | August 30, 2017

GH Nutrition are a company who have a small range of sports supplements and are based in the UK.

Their fat burner is an ok looking product. It uses a smaller blend of fat burning herbs and ingredients to help you achieve results.

With a good fat burner that activates your metabolism and starts the fat burning process you’ll be able to speed up the fat burning process and shed away that unwanted weight.

Remember when you buy a fat burner it’s important you get something all natural. This helps you avoid side effects and supplement for a longer period.

GH Nutrition Fat Burners Core Ingredients

Core ingredients wise you are left a little lacking when it comes to GH Nutrition Fat Burners.

Whilst there are some good natural ingredients in here, on the whole there is a big focus on stimulants.

Caffeine and Bitter Orange both have the potential to interact with one another, whilst Green Tea contains a small amount of caffeine in itself.

Niacin is part of the b vitamins family and essential to help your body use food as energy.

GH Nutrition Fat Burners Ingredients

Synephrine

Also known as bitter orange or Citrus Aurantium.
Synephrine is the compound found within the unripe fruit of Citrus Aurantium. It has been shown to have the same effects as ephedra or ephedrine, without being able to be converted to methamphetamines.
It is shown to increase metabolic rate, fat break down, thermogenesis and also shown to decrease a person’s appetite.
Due to the similarities however, it can also cause similar side effects. Especially when combined with other stimulants.

Green Tea

Green Tea is very popular amongst health and fitness enthusiasts in recent times. Especially as it has been found that when combined with caffeine, it can boost your metabolism far beyond what caffeine can do alone.
Studies have shown that it can increase your metabolism to the point of burning an extra 200 calories a day without added exercise. 500mg of Green tea is perfect in a fat burner.

Caffeine

Caffeine is a staple supplement to modern day life. It is a highly effective stimulant in how it boosts the metabolism, mobilises fat to be used as energy and suppresses appetite.
As well as this it can boost the effects of other metabolism boosting products, such as green tea or bitter orange.
It has long been used by athletes, and non-athletes alike, in order to increase alertness, endurance and longevity.
This is essential for a fat burner. You need around 250mg-300mg dosed evenly through the day for best results.

L-Carnitine

L- Carnitine is great for heart health. In particular blood vessel health and heart rhythm. It has also been shown to help those with a high cholesterol and triglyceride count.
On an athletic level, L-Carnitine can both optimise performance and increase fat burning. It carries fat directly to the mitochondria where energy is produced.
Generally L-Carnitine is better at higher doses in supplements, so is often under dosed in fat burners.

GH Nutrition Fat Burners Dose

Serving wise you are getting a fairly big dose of stimulants with each serving of GH Nutrition fat burners.

The problem isn’t the amount, more the fact that in total you have 350mg of caffeine and bitter orange extract. Two ingredients which are known to cause some side effects.

Green tea is at the tiny dose of 10mg which just isn’t enough to get your body burning through stored fat.

L-Carnitine is sometimes supplemented in doses of 1000mg. 500 times more than in a serving of this fat burner.

GH Nutrition Fat Burners Side Effects

Side effects from the combination of bitter orange and caffeine have been reported to be; headaches, nausea and sickness.

Whilst fairly uncommon, they can really damage your efforts when it comes to losing weight/cutting fat.

If you are unsure how these two ingredients will make you feel, you are probably best off avoiding if you have a lower tolerance to stimulants.

GH Nutrition Fat Burners Review Conclusion

We wanted to like this fat burner a little more. But sadly a few key ingredients, like Green Tea and L-Carnitine, are under dosed.

This means that you will be left with a product that is very stimulant focused and come with some unwanted side effects.

Everything in this product is natural and safe to consume. But like we said, be aware of interacting stimulants.
