Ingredients for GAT Psychon

The potency of the ingredients used in this supplement is specifically meant to promote as much muscle building as possible. However, potency is unimportant if the ingredients themselves are not scientifically proven to work.

It should be noted that the supplement does come with artificial sweeteners and fillers, which might hike up the calories – in order to add flavor to the powder and make it easier to drink.

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

If you’re not getting the recommended dose of proteins in your diet, then this is an ingredient that should work well for you. However, if you have your diet all set and you’re tracking your macros well enough, then this is not something that you’re going to need.

Proteins are just generally important in your diet – as it will help your body recover, maintain, and build up your muscles. If you’re not getting enough – on the account that you want to keep your diet lean. Then BCAAs are something that you might find yourself taking – just to make the process easier.

BCAAs are a chain of amino acids that are specifically chosen for their muscle-building capabilities. The ratio between the three amino acids needs to be noted too. There are three of them leucine, isoleucine, and valine. However, they’re not supposed to be taken at the same doses. Lucine should be taken double the dose of the other two – isoleucine and valine.

The GAT Pyschon does follow the ratio 2:1:1, at 6,000 milligrams per serving. That makes the difference around 3,000 leucine and 1,500 on both isoleucine and valine. These numbers are okay, but once again, this is something that is needed only if you’re not getting the correct amount of protein in your diet.  

L-Citrulline Malate / L-Citrulline

An all-natural ingredient that is extracted from watermelons. Much like BCAAs, it’s packed with amino acids- ones that are often more difficult to collect outside of your body. It’s been said to help boost one’s energy levels, as well as help reduce the effects of fatigue.

It’s not actually well known as something to be used as a fat burner or pre workout ingredient, it’s more commonly used for the betterment of a person’s health. The recommended dosage is 5,000 milligrams – the amount in GAT Psychon almost reaches that amount – at 4,000 milligrams per serving.

It should be noted, that there is also 4,000 milligrams of L-Citrulline Malate inside of the formula. They are the same, although L-Citrulline has extra malic acids – which is believed to make the effects much more potent.

Caffeine Anhydrous  

When it comes to energy boosters, caffeine is one that should not be forgotten. After all, there is a reason that it can be found in so many different dietary and pre workout supplements. It’s known to boost performance levels, and has also been said to affect a person’s metabolic rates in a positive way.

Some of what is known about caffeine is just in theory. For example, the ability to heighten a person’s metabolic rates- to burn more fat, is one that has been tested before but cannot be proven to be 100% true. The research had resulted in some pretty significant fat loss on people who were already lean, although not so much for obese individuals.

The recommended dose is around 200-500 milligrams. It really all depends on how much caffeine you consume on a day to day basis. Caffeine has a tendency to cause a mild-dependence. This occurs when the boost provided by the caffeine disappears abruptly and turns into a ‘crash.’

Such crashes can lead to people consuming more and more caffeine. Which would only make their bodies adapt to its effects – making it not optimal for long-term use.
