Fuel Up Supplements Burn Core Ingredients

Fat Burning Ingredients Index

Fuel Up Supplements uses a 3 proprietary blends to serve up it’s fat burning formula.

Inside these blends are natural and synthesised amino acids, stimulants and herbs.

We can already see from the Thermogenic Complex used in Burn Core that it has a high risk of causing unwanted side effects.

Proprietary blends are a problem because you cannot tell the doses of individual ingredients and therefore are commonly buying a supplement packed full of the cheaper less effective options.

Fuel Up Supplements Burn Ingredients

Caffeine

Caffeine is a staple supplement to modern day life. It is a highly effective stimulant in how it boosts the metabolism, mobilises fat to be used as energy and suppresses appetite.
As well as this it can boost the effects of other metabolism boosting products, such as green tea or bitter orange.
It has long been used by athletes, and non-athletes alike, in order to increase alertness, endurance and longevity.
This is essential for a fat burner. You need around 250mg-300mg dosed evenly through the day for best results.

Citrus Aurantium

Also known as bitter orange or synephrine.
Synephrine is the compound found within the unripe fruit of Citrus Aurantium. It has been shown to have the same effects as ephedra or ephedrine, without being able to be converted to methamphetamines.
It is shown to increase metabolic rate, fat break down, thermogenesis and also shown to decrease a person’s appetite.
Due to the similarities however, it can also cause similar side effects. Especially when combined with other stimulants.

L-Tyrosine

L- Tyrosine is important for neuromuscular function. It has been shown to effect mood, satiety, stress response, mental function, and even sex drive.
It is a non-essential amino acid which is synthesised within the body from the amino acid phenylalanine.
It also has a major role in producing melanin in the body and this is imperative for defending the body against ultraviolet light.
As another amino acid, L-Tyrosine benefits from higher doses. (500mg+)

White Willow Bark

This has a variety of uses, from making aspirin to making gunpowder.
It has been shown to provide comfort to muscles and joints due to its links to aspirin.
There is no real evidence however showing it’s use within a fat burner.

Raspberry Ketones

Chemically similar to the compound Synephrine (found in Citrus Aurantium), it is believed to help fat loss. Currently there is no clinical evidence to suggest that it can reduce fat in humans.
This ingredient is the product of clever marketing and should be avoided if you want a fat burner that works.

Glucomannon

This supplement works by taking advantage of its great water absorption abilities. By absorbing the water it gives a feeling of satiety so that you will feel full and won’t feel the need over eat.
As an appetite suppressant it’s second to none.

Fuel Up Supplements Burn Dose

You get 3 capsules per day of Fuel Up Burn.

We can’t see the dose of each capsule and ingredients but it’s fair to assume that there is a high level of stimulants in the 485mg energy blend in this product.

The side effects from this, and from the mixture of caffeine and citrus aurantium could be fairly problematic.

Generally the other proprietary blends are ok and seem to contain some good and some useless ingredients, but are safe.

Fuel Up Supplements Burn Side Effects

The major concern for side effects in Fuel Up Supplements Burn is the inclusion of citrus aurantium and caffeine.

A combination of these ingredients has been reported to cause unwanted side effects such as headaches, nausea and sickness.

One way around it would be to test your tolerance with a single capsule.

Generally for best results from a fat burner you need a product that clearly shows the amounts of each ingredients and spreads them over a single dose.

Fuel Up Supplements Burn Review Conclusion

We’re disappointed with this product.

It looks absolutely amazing and whilst you can get some reasonable results with it, ultimately it’s got a high chance of causing you unwanted side effects.

Avoid any supplements that have a proprietary blend if you can, our number #1 fat burner Instant Knockout shows the dose of every ingredient and each has been clinically dosed and scientifically proven.
