Fireline Thermo Ignite Review

Fireline Thermo Ignite is a fat burner aimed at jacking up your metabolism to new heights.

This ensures that your body will be burning through extra calories and unwanted fat, letting you hit those fat loss goals.

But as with any supplement, you need to check the ingredients to see if it’s going to work for you.

Fireline have done a fairly good job with choosing the ingredients in Thermo Ignite, but the problem lies with dose. They don’t actually show the individual amounts of whats in it.

Fireline Thermo Ignite Core Ingredients

Fat Burning Ingredients Index

Thermo Ignite does have some reasonable ingredients in it, but ultimately, with them all in a proprietary blend, it’s hard to see if they will work or not.

Whilst there are some proven and effective ingredients in Fireline Thermo Ignite, it’s worth noting there’s still also some that won’t get you the best results you could hope for with a fat burner.

These are the unproven and less safe herbs like Citrus Aurantium which can have a negative impact on your health.

Ask yourself why Fireline Thermo are hiding the individual doses of these ingredients…is it because they are protecting their effective blend? Or is it because they want to maximise profit margins…

Garcinia Cambogia

When combined with a healthy diet and exercise this has been shown to slightly aid in fat loss. As well as this, it supports normal serotonin and cholesterol levels within the body.
There is still some research required before you can count on it to help with your fat burning though.

Guarana

Guarana is an incredibly effective stimulant. Its seeds contain more than double the caffeine found in coffee seeds.
Guarana contains 2-4.5% caffeine in its seed, whereas coffee only contains 1-2%.
Due to its high content of caffeine it is proficient in boosting the metabolism and increasing mental alertness.
Guarana can cause side effects due to it’s caffeine content and shouldn’t be mixed with other stimulants.

Citrus Aurantium

Also known as bitter orange or synephrine.
Synephrine is the compound found within the unripe fruit of Citrus Aurantium. It has been shown to have the same effects as ephedra or ephedrine, without being able to be converted to methamphetamines.
It is shown to increase metabolic rate, fat break down, thermogenesis and also shown to decrease a person’s appetite.
Due to the similarities however, it can also cause similar side effects. Especially when combined with other stimulants.

White Willow

This has a variety of uses, from making aspirin to making gunpowder.
It has been shown to provide comfort to muscles and joints due to its links to aspirin.
There is no real evidence however showing it’s use within a fat burner.

Cayenne

Cayenne Pepper is a species of pepper native to the Americas. It is a key element in various cuisines but is now often used as a supplement.
Cayenne Pepper contains capsaicin which is known for its “warming effect.” It is known for its positive effects on healthy blood circulation throughout the body. This ingredient has been proven to burn calories in fat burners. 100mg through the day is an ideal amount.

Green Tea

Green Tea is very popular amongst health and fitness enthusiasts in recent times. Especially as it has been found that when combined with caffeine, it can boost your metabolism far beyond what caffeine can do alone.
Studies have shown that it can increase your metabolism to the point of burning an extra 200 calories a day without added exercise. 500mg of Green tea is perfect in a fat burner.

Fireline Thermo Ignite Dose

You do get a decent serving size of 4 capsules with Fireline Thermo Ignite fat burner.

This is a similar amount of capsules to the premium fat burners like MusclePharm Shred Sport or specialist fat burning supplement Instant Knockout. The problem though, again is that proprietary blend.

Whilst the serving size is good, you cannot see what you are taking, which puts you at risk of some serious side effects.

Fireline Thermo Ignite Side Effects

Fireline Thermo Ignite fat burner contains two ingredients that have been widely known to interact, in a bad way.

Citrus Aurantium and caffeine have been reported to cause headaches, nausea and sickness if you are supplementing them at the wrong dose.

Due to the high serving size, you might be able to test your tolerance to this product by supplementing a single capsule over a day to see how it impacts you.

But remember negative effects can be a big setback when it comes to fat loss, so you need to be sure the product you have is side effect free.

Fireline Thermo Ignite Review Conclusion

Fireline have done a good job with the serving size of their fat burner Thermo Ignite. But the problem comes with the fact that this fat burner is actually a proprietary blend.

So you do not know the contents of the 4 capsules.

This means you risk side effects or just supplementing a product that doesn’t work.

Whilst there are some good points to Thermo Ignite fat burner, ultimately it just can’t compare to the fat burning power of our top 3.
