What is it?

This is one exercise you don’t really see people doing in the gym anymore and has gone the way of the good morning. What was once a staple in everyone’s routine is rarely performed. The Pullover though is an absolute amazing chest exercise, and one that could have some amazing fat burning results if you add it to your current routine. Remember go slowly, focus on the squeeze of your chest and your abs will be hit as a secondary muscle.

Should I be doing it?

We incorporate a set of pullovers (10-15 reps) every 2 weeks. Performing a wide range of exercises is always crucial to get the best of yourself. The Pullover is also great for stabilizing your core, especially if performed on a bench horizontally.
