Crush 60 Review

We’re going to be talking about the Crush 60 Workout Program today. This is a 60-day course that necessitates either an at-home gym or a gym membership.

What is the Crush 60?

The Crush 60 Workout Program claims that it will help you build muscle, grow stronger, and lose weight.

That’s a pretty big claim.

However, there are many Workout Programs that promise the same thing. Unfortunately, it’s rare that any of them are able to provide the promised benefits.

Of course, we couldn’t let this kind of claim pass us by without checking it out for ourselves.

Who Presents the Crush 60?

The Crush 60 does have a website where they market their stuff, but it’s a bit lacking when it comes to the details.

For example, we usually like to know the people that are presenting the workouts. After all, it’s important to know whether or not the person actually knows what they’re talking about. Unfortunately, the Crush 60 website didn’t offer any insight as to who presented their workouts.

Even more frustrating, is the conflicting information. Maybe this was just my fault, but I had thought that signing up for one of these things meant I was getting a video workout program, but no.

In all actuality, all you’re getting are a bunch of printer paper and a couple of videos showing you how to do the workouts. There’s no motivational coach to guide you through all the steps. Which makes this program a lot more complex than what I would recommend for beginners.

What Exercises are in the Crush 60?

Crush 60 Review 1

As mentioned previously, these aren’t exercises that you perform at home. That’s one of the best things about this program so far.

The fact that you’re required to have some equipment means that they’re serious about making sure that you have the building blocks required to build muscle.

Let’s have a look at the features of the program:

  • First off, the Crush 60 has 3-phases. It’s designed to be this way to maximize results in the short-time period.
  • The actual program is delivered in written form. It does come with access to videos that will help you learn the actual moves, but you must rely on the written instructions that come with the program.
  • The actual instructions are strict. This means, that all the sets and repetitions are outlined for you.
  • The program does focus a lot on lifting- which is important for building up your physique.
  • Sessions last up to 45-90 minutes.
  • Signing up for the program allows access to a private social media platform that was created for like-minded individuals to share their experiences.

Weighing the Pros and Cons

There are some good and some bad that accompanies the Crush 60 program.

Let’s start with the “Pros.” The Workout Program seems to take customer experience as a priority. I don’t see many programs building up social media platforms for its clients to communicate.

However, that doesn’t change the “Cons.” Inventive as they might have been, the execution was quite poor. You don’t even get full-length videos that you can follow along whilst you do your exercises. Instead, you have to rely on written instructions and a mess of videos meant to teach you how to do the exercises.

How much is Crush 60 Worth?

Although the starting price of the Crush 60 is quite cheap, costing only $44.99, the 60 days are not necessarily enough to get you long-lasting results.

Not only that but unlike most Workout Programs, which come with a FREE nutritional guide, you’re going to have to purchase the accompanying diet plan separately.

All in all, if you want a thought-free package, you’re going to have to pay $74.99 every 2 months.

Crush 60 Results

After 60 days? It’s kind of inevitable that you see some kind of result. After all, poor execution aside, the product did feature a fairly standard program that is bound to shape up your body in some way.

Still, this is definitely not something that worked for me mentally. For a Workout Program to be worth the results, I should feel better physically and mentally. Instead, all I felt was exhausted and wishing for it to be over.

Crush 60 Review Conclusion

Not going to lie, I was actually pretty bummed from what I got. However, that might just be due to the fact that I was expecting something that was completely different.

The Crush 60 is not bad. I mean, it gets the job done somewhat. It just does it in an awkward way that my psyche just didn’t agree with. I would have preferred course videos that helped me go through everything one step at a time.

Having to base all the workouts off of a paper, and then struggling to find the matching video was frustrating and all sorts of annoying. They could have definitely executed it better, especially for the price that they’re asking.

Is there anything BETTER to get you shredded?

100% YES. If you’re looking for a Workout Program that you’ll enjoy and grow addicted to, then I suggest you start looking the other way.

Because there’s a program out there that offers more for a better value. Not only that, but you can skip all the outdated paper and get to a video course that you can stream on every device.
