Seems like every week you are gettting a new version of Cellucor’s Super HD fat burner. This is the ULTIMATE edition. As fat burners go, Super HD are a fairly solid range.
Focusing on natural ingredients, Cellucor blend together metabolism boosters and appetite suppressors.
Results wise Super HD Ultimate looks like one of the weaker products in the Super HD fat burner line, using lesser known and under researched herbs and ingredients.
The packaging of Super HD Ultimate though is a different story, it’s cool and sleek. We love it.
You can’t always judge a book by it’s cover though, so let’s life the lid of Super HD Ultimate and it’s huge proprietary blend.
Cellucor Super HD Ultimate Core Ingredients
Cellucor often use a proprietary blend to hide the doses of ingredients in their supplements.
Super HD Ultimate is no different. If you take a look a the labelling on the awesome bottle, you are met with a big blocky list of ingredients that have no amounts next to them.
Instead you can see that each of these ingredients adds up to make the 952mg blend, which is spread over 60 capsules.
This is frustrating to customers and people wanting to burn fat as you have no real way of telling what you are actually supplementing.
Caffeine is a staple supplement to modern day life. It is a highly effective stimulant in how it boosts the metabolism, mobilises fat to be used as energy and suppresses appetite.
As well as this it can boost the effects of other metabolism boosting products, such as green tea or bitter orange.
It has long been used by athletes, and non-athletes alike, in order to increase alertness, endurance and longevity.
This is essential for a fat burner. You need around 250mg-300mg dosed evenly through the day for best results.
Cayenne Pepper/ Capsicum
Cayenne Pepper is a species of pepper native to the Americas. It is a key element in various cuisines but is now often used as a supplement.
Cayenne Pepper contains capsaicin which is known for its “warming effect.” It is known for its positive effects on healthy blood circulation throughout the body. This ingredient has been proven to burn calories in fat burners. 100mg through the day is an ideal amount.
aka Amla Extract. This is supposed to work by helping reduce cholesterol levels. By targeting fatty acids and breaking them down it’s surprising we don’t see Indain Gooseberry in more fat burners. It also contains a range of good vitamins, that can further help the body. More studies are required for conclusive evidence of it working however, but there are some early results which are positive.
Cellucor Super HD Ultimate Dose
The serving size of Cellucor’s latest fat burner is a little low.
2 capsules per day isn’t enough to ensure your body is using the ingredients to maximum effect and burning through stored fat for as long as possible.
The ingredients like caffeine in here are dosed at an amount you can’t see either, so it’s fairly safe to assume that you could see some unwanted side effects from supplementing Cellucor Super HD Ultimate.
Cellucor Super HD Ultimate Side Effects
Generally the Super HD fat burner ranges wouldn’t have many side effects associated with them.
It’s worth mentioning though that, because you are supplementing an unknown amount of caffeine, you could get jitters or energy crashes.
Due to the fact that Cellucor Super HD Ultimate also only has 2 capsules per serving, these are likely to be more prominent.
As when the side effects happen, energy levels will wear down.
Cellucor Super HD Ultimate Review Conclusion
This product looks incredible and is probably Cellucors best looking Super HD fat burner to date.
But the problem is that it uses a propretiary blend.
So while Super HD Ultimate looks amazing on the outside, it’s contents could be far less impressive.
There are some good fat burning ingredients in here, but rather than put them in at a working dose, cellucor have hidden the amounts. Which could be trouble.
