What Are The Boss Workout Programs?
Before we get ahead of ourselves. What are the Boss Workouts programs?
As mentioned, this thing took me about 12-weeks. That’s 3 whole months of following an aggressively structured workout program. The service included a diet plan as well, one that was created to complement the workouts.

What Exercises are in the Boss Workouts?
Although we’ve been mainly talking about the Boss Workouts as if it were just one program. There are actually three different courses. These make sure that you’re getting exactly what you need. We’ll be talking about all three options separately, as they are meant to help you out in different ways.
Lean Mass Program
The first program that we’re going to be talking about is the Lean Mass Program. This focuses more on building muscle and helping you achieve that bodybuilder aesthetic. Unsurprisingly, this program involved a lot of weightlifting.

The price for this might surprise you. It definitely shocked me. I’ve tried other options before, and can certainly say that this is one of the cheapest.

This is amazing value as it’s not a monthly subscription and the eBooks alone are double the size of most competitors. It’s an easy to follow program too.
Boss Workouts Results
I’m not one to mince my words.
I had high expectations for the boss workouts, and I was not disappointed. I think we all kind of reach that point after a while. That plateau that just seems impossible to get over. I won’t lie, it’s really hard to get out of that steep drop in motivation.
That’s why following this program was so important to me, and I’m all the happier for it! It kept me going, and by the end of the 12 weeks? I look great and I feel great. The Lean Mass Program helped me make the gains that I’ve been looking for. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
