Beta-Alanine is an ingredient that is seen in a lot of Pre Workout supplements. As far as benefits go, it does provide. You can expect to not only feel stronger, but to workout longer as well.

There are 3.2 grams of this stuff inside Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout. That’s more than enough to be effective, but that’s also more than enough to incur the side-effect that we’ll be talking about later on.

Creatine Monohydrate

The dosage for Creatine Monohydrate on the Beyond Raw Lit Pre Workout is a little lacking. The ingredient itself is a pretty good one, although a lot of supplements tend to get the dosage wrong. As such, it doesn’t necessarily surprise us that the dosage is wrong here. Still, this is one ingredient that probably won’t be as effective as it could have been.

Caffeine
