Adrenalize Fat Burner Review

Adrenalize is one of the older fat burner supplements in the market. It’s been out since 2013 and uses older ingredients. The company that manufactured this supplement has claimed that Adrenalize is effective in helping you lose weight by increasing your metabolic rates and providing more energy for fat burning.

It uses a bunch of different ingredients and had been sold at a pretty decent price. The main ingredients are all mixed together in a proprietary blend that makes up most of the formula – this means that we don’t know how much of the ingredients in the label makes up the actual capsules. Although the company, Legal Limit Labs, claims that the product is potent enough to result in fat burn.

Ingredients of Adrenalize

The ingredients used in Adrenalize are all popularized ingredients that can be found in most fat burners. Most of them are mixed into a proprietary blend. Which, as mentioned, is a common way of hiding how much of an ingredient is in the formula by not showing the dosages of each.

Also called Vitamin B, niacin is something that you can see in many fat burners. Unfortunately, that doesn’t back up it’s claims of being able to effectively burn fat. It is a shame that so many fat burner supplements use it, because despite niacin having shown the ability to “… [improve] cholesterol and triglyceride levels,” supplementing it can actually  lead to an increase of insulin resistance.

Basically, having niacin might help you burn fat, but supplementing it won’t actually lead to any beneficial weight loss because of it’s side-effects. There is 25 milligrams of niacin in the Adrenalize formula, which is actually a lot more than the recommended daily dose. Fortunately, large doses of niacin has not been shown to have any horrible side-effects, so this isn’t too bad.

Because thiamin is commonly known as something that can help in the fat burning process. It hasn’t show any effectiveness for people aren’t deficient in it. Meaning, if you took this as someone who gets thiamin regularly, then the effects would be pretty much null. However, if taken by someone who has thiamin deficiency, it can help them manage their glucose levels.

There are 25 milligrams of Thiamin in the Adrenalize formula which is below the recommended dose for people who are deficient in it. If you just so happen to have high blood sugar levels or if your alcohol intake is higher than average, then this might be able to help you control your weight. Otherwise, the existence of this ingredient is unnecessary.

Adrenalize Complex (Proprietary Blend)

The cause for concern when it comes to Adrenalize, is the proprietary blend that it employs. Now, a lot of companies have used similar tactics before. Even so, it’s rare to find a proprietary blend with these many ingredients. The unfortunate thing is- because we don’t know how much of each ingredient is included in the blend, then there’s no way of knowing whether or not this is actually effective.

It could claim to be whatever it wants, but if we can’t check its potency then we can’t check its effectiveness. There is a total of 14 ingredients in this Adrenalize proprietary blend, some of them even mention the concentration of molecules beside the name. However, aside from that, all we know is that there is 666 milligrams of this blend in each pill.

Here is a breakdown list of all the known ingredients in the Adrenalize Blend:

  • Caffeine Anhydrous
  • Green Tea Leaf Extract (95% polyphenols, 45% EGCG)
  • Yohimbe Bark Extract (8%)
  • Dandelion Root
  • Dendrobium Extract
  • Emblic
  • Uva Ursi
  • Eleuthero
  • Cassia Nomame
  • Extract
  • L-Tyrosine
  • Synephrine HCI
  • Hordenine HCI
  • S-Hydroxytryptophan

The first few ingredients have actually been proven to have some level of effectiveness. Caffeine, for example, is very popularly used as a fat burning ingredient. It’s a stimulant that helps fuel your energy and generally helps you perform better throughout the day. It should be noted that the recommended dosage is 200-500 milligrams, which would take up most of the blend – if they chose to employ it properly.

Another ingredient of note is the Green Tea leaf extract and Yohimbe Extract. Both of which had their concentrations attached to their names. Green tea has proven to help as a fat burner ingredient in most studies, and so has Yohimbe. Although it should be noted that the concentration of Yohimbe in the Adrenalize formula is actually fairly low – which is quite common in most fat burner supplements. Again the recommended dosage of both should take up a lot of what is in the blend.

If the ingredients mentioned above make up most of the Adrenalize fat burner, then what of the other eleven? Most of the other ingredients actually show no promise as far as fat burning goes. Either because of lack of studies or lack of significant results.

However, one must note the use of Synephrine – bitter orange extract. Which has been banned for use in supplements in several countries because of its aggressive effects on an individual’s heart rate and blood pressure – even amongst healthy people. We don’t know how much of it is actually in the formula, which causes some need for concern as it can be dangerous for people who have pre-existing conditions that might be negatively affected.

Where to buy Adrenalize?

Because of the use of banned aggressive ingredients. This is unavailable for purchase in some countries.

Does it Work?

It’s hard to say. Regarding the proprietary blend, there are some promising ingredients, but because we don’t know the potency of said ingredients, it’s a no for me. The use of Synephrine is not good either, as it’s known to have some pretty bad side-effects. On the other hand, the ingredients we do know the potency of – are not effective. As well as most of the other ingredients used in the proprietary blend.

Adrenalize Fat Burner Review Conclusion

Is this a product that I would recommend? No. Perhaps I might have been able to if we knew the potency of the other ingredients, but even then, the use of ingredients with bad side-effects would still make me hesitant to recommend this to anybody. Hence the bad rating.
