Adapt Nutrition has introduced a new fat burning supplement called Adaptolean, which claims to help support your weight management goals and get you into that lean, toned body you’ve been wanting to. But is it really effective and does it live up to the expectations? Keep reading to find out.
Adaptolean does fairly well in terms of packaging- a white bottle with silver and pastel blues in the picture with a hint of purple makes it look nice and classy, and something someone could easily pick up.
Adaptolean packs in 6 key ingredients that are concerned with boosting metabolism and burning fat in the least possible time span with maximum results. Let’s take a closer look at these 6 ingredients.
Green Tea Extract
Green tea extracts are probably the most common ingredient found in all weight loss supplements out there. They are mostly concerned with boosting metabolism, but also give the body a good dose of antioxidants.
Chromium deficiency has been linked to poor appetite control, which is why, chromium rich supplements could turn out to be the way to curb cravings and reduce the risk of binge eating or compulsive eating, which in turn, can speed up weight loss efforts considerably.
Green coffee extracts may not be well known in the weight loss industry, but it does have a good reputation of being effective in boosting the process of fat burning. In addition, the chlorogenic acid which makes up green coffee is also effective in lowering high blood pressure levels.
Bitter orange extracts are mostly used as a natural appetite-suppressant and as a treatment for congestion, heartburn and for some skin diseases as well. Its effectiveness isn’t backed by any research, which is why, its consumption could be risky for certain individuals.
Garcinia cambogia has gained a lot of attention in the recent years when it comes to weight loss, and while it does work wonderfully, it also has a few downsides to its consumption. For some individuals, its intake may trigger some side effects such as skin rashes, fatigue, weakness, nausea, headaches etc.
Cayenne peppers also work wonders in boosting metabolism and initiating the process of fat burning thanks to the presence of capsaicin in it. Capsaicin is an enzyme that has been found to do everything from enhancing metabolism to improving heart health by keeping blood cholesterol levels in check.
Adaptolean has a heavy dosage- ideally 4 capsules are to be taken everyday, with 2 capsules taken 30 minutes before breakfast, and 2 capsules taken 4 hours later and 30 minutes before your lunch.
Adaptolean is priced at £25.33 for a bottle containing 120 capsules, which is good.
The packaging and the pricing of Adapatolean is definitely great, but on the downside, it does have a few questionable ingredients packed in, with a high dosage of 4 capsules per day, which could be overwhelming for some, which is why, it didn’t make it to our list of the top 3 fat burners.
