Nutrition Labz Thermafire Review

By | August 9, 2017

Nutrition Labz Thermafire is the latest fat burner from Nutrition Labz.

As a fat burner Thermafire promises to jack up your metabolism and ignite your bodies fat burning furnace. It does this using a proprietary blend of fat burning herbs and ingredients spread over a serving of 2 capsules.

Looks wise Nutrition Labz thermafire looks a little cheap. If you take a look the supplement facts on the back you’ll see the dreaded blend.

Whilst most of the ingredients in this blend may give you some results, because you can’t see the individual amounts, it may cause some unwanted side effects.

Or the ingredients that will work, are under dosed, don’t work at all.

Nutrition Labz Thermafire Core Ingredients

Fat Burning Ingredients Index

Ingredients wise you are getting a fair amount of natural ingredients and fruit extracts from Nutrition Labz Thermafire.

Whilst this is good from a side effects point of view, it’s not great if you are wanting a set of ingredients that will see your metabolism ignited and your body burning stored fat as fuel.

Ingredients like Guarana and and White Willow do have effects, but only on certain

Guarana

Guarana is an incredibly effective stimulant. Its seeds contain more than double the caffeine found in coffee seeds.
Guarana contains 2-4.5% caffeine in its seed, whereas coffee only contains 1-2%.
Due to its high content of caffeine it is proficient in boosting the metabolism and increasing mental alertness.
Guarana can cause side effects due to it’s caffeine content and shouldn’t be mixed with other stimulants.

Green Tea

Green Tea is very popular amongst health and fitness enthusiasts in recent times. Especially as it has been found that when combined with caffeine, it can boost your metabolism far beyond what caffeine can do alone.
Studies have shown that it can increase your metabolism to the point of burning an extra 200 calories a day without added exercise. 500mg of Green tea is perfect in a fat burner.

Kola Nut

A flavouring ingredient to cola, this nut contains 2% caffeine. Bear in mind that a coffee seed only contains 1-2% caffeine, so this is a highly concentrated dose. Caffeine has been used to increase exercise longevity and boost metabolism.
Generally you don’t need this ingredient AND caffeine in a fat burner, as it’ll make little difference.

White Willow Extract

This has a variety of uses, from making aspirin to making gunpowder.
It has been shown to provide comfort to muscles and joints due to its links to aspirin.
There is no real evidence however showing it’s use within a fat burner.

Nutrition Labz Thermafire Dose

You get 2 capsules per serving in Thermafire. This contains the proprietary blend of 100 ingredients (or something) in 500mg.

If we were to hazard a guess with this product, and we sometimes do, we’d say that Thermafire is a stimulant heavy fat burner.

So of the 500mg in each serving, you are getting Kola Nut and Guarana at high levels.  This makes it feel like the fat burner is working.

Nutrition Labz Thermafire Side Effects

With a proprietary blend comes the annoying risk of unwanted side effects.

As you can’t see exactly what you are taking in terms of stimulants and any of the other lesser known herbs.

Thermafire has its fair share of caffeinated ingredients. These can interact and cause headaches and nausea if taken at the wrong dose.

Nutrition Labz Thermafire Review Conclusion

Nutrition Labz have packed as many fat burning herbs into Thermafire’s blend as possible.

With a few that contain caffeine but lots that have had limited scientific study done into them.

Results wise you may get some slight increases in metabolism supplementing Thermafire, but there are far better and more powerful fat burners out there.
